How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

At A to Z Autoparts we pride ourselves on customer service.

Orders placed before 1 pm will be processed on the same day, most items will be sent out next day but we aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of cleared funds. You should receive your parcel within 3-5 working days of placing the order online.

However, although we promise to despatch your order quickly, it should be remembered that delivery is not guaranteed within this timescale and parcels can occasionally take longer to reach their destinations. Parcels sent to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands, certain parts of Scotland, Europe and the rest of the world will usually take a little longer to arrive.

 All deliveries MUST be signed for. Please note we deliver Monday to Friday. If there is no one available to sign for your parcel, a driver will leave a card with details of when your item will be redelivered or where you should go to collect it.

 

  • We also offer Saturday Delivery Service upon request.

 

  • No deliveries will be made on Sundays or Bank/ Public Holidays.

 

Oversized Items

Oversized Items such as Exhausts, Roof Boxes and Body Panels incur additional delivery charges to all delivery locations.

 

Click & Collect

We offer Click & Collect service to local customers. Item should be ordered and paid 24 hrs before collection.

Customers can collect the item between 10am - 5pm Monday to Saturday.

Delivery to Europe and Overseas

We deliver orders to most of the European Destinations and are willing to send overseas. Delivery Charges depends on the Size and Destinations. Customer can contact us before purchasing with the delivery address information to determine postage charges and time for delivery.

 

Help! I haven't received my parcel, what should I do?

Contact us - we will do anything we can to help. If an item sent by Royal Mail has not been received it can often be found at the local sorting office awaiting collection. If not, the Royal Mail has a specific procedure that we can follow in the event of a missing parcel.

If your order has been dispatched with our other couriers then we can track and trace it using their online system.

If your item is not collected and is returned to us then we will issue a refund minus the cost of postage to A to Z Autoparts.
